What to Contact Us About
Technical issues. If a calculator is producing unexpected results, not loading, or behaving incorrectly — include your device type, operating system, browser, the input values you entered (volume, surface area, absorption coefficient), and a description of the unexpected result.
Content corrections. If a formula constant is wrong, an RT60 target range contradicts an established acoustic standard, an absorption coefficient value contradicts its published source, or any content contains a factual error — include the page URL, the specific claim, and the acoustic reference supporting the correction.
Privacy and data requests. To exercise GDPR or CCPA rights, use the subject line “GDPR Data Request” or “CCPA Privacy Request.” Review the Privacy Policy before submitting.
